Players participating in any/all ladders acknowledge the risks associated with playing competitive tennis, accept those risks voluntarily and by registering to play on the Rock Hill Tennis ladders players assume all risks for bodily injury, waive all claims for injury and property damage, and release and hold harmless the Rock Hill Tennis ladder, their officials, employees, and agents, from and against any and all liability for any injuries or damages which may be incurred, arise out of, or in any way connected with, participation on the ladder.
